How does MIKE work?

MIKE supports you with digital freight transport services. MIKE is always being updated with new features for handling your transport – from transport enquiry to invoicing.

Tracking

With Tracking, you always know exactly where your shipments are. They are displayed on a clear map. You can always keep your eye on them – from the first to the last mile.

Capacity Planning

MIKE works out how many wagons you need at what time based on your production plan and the wagon circuits. This avoids bottlenecks and overcapacities – so that none of your goods get left by the wayside.

Ordering

You can submit your own empty wagon orders with Ordering. Choose your departure and destination stations, the date and the number of wagons you need. Before you know it, you’ve got your template – easy and flexible.
